A clear introduction. Confirm the client’s interest and permission. Share their goals and the context that makes the opportunity relevant.
Defined responsibilities. Agree on who will contact the client, what happens next, and how the referral will be handled.

BEFORE THE SALE. AFTER THE CLOSING.
Each professional stays in their lane. Your market guidance is distinct from a contractor’s construction estimate, and from any appraisal, inspection, or lending decision. On a PriceLock project, the price for the defined scope comes from the contractor’s proposal, and the client decides with all of it in view.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM REALTORS
The network works because every professional knows what they are responsible for and what the others are doing. A Realtor’s part is specific, and it is the part only a Realtor can play.
A Realtor’s participation is not required on every project. When you are engaged, you are the client’s guide on the property side, and the project team’s link to the transaction.
Your responsibilities
Provide informed local market guidance. What a property is worth as it stands, what the market rewards, and how a planned project fits that picture.
Respond to introductions and keep the team updated. An introduction from the network is answered, and the client and project team hear from you as the property side moves.
Manage the listing and transaction when engaged to do so. Pricing, marketing, showings, negotiation, and closing stay with you.
Coordinate with the homeowner and the project team. Keep transaction timing, project decisions, and listing preparation in step, with clear handoffs and continued attention to the client relationship.
TRUSTED CIRCLES
Every client who plans work on a property wants to know the same things: what it will cost, when it will be done, and whether the people doing it will keep their word. As part of Trusted Circles you can point to a process rather than a promise: a defined scope, documented decisions, independent verification of completed work, and commitments backed by agreed consequences. Each contractor’s price and completion date are visible before your client chooses, and the contractor owes $1,000 per day for late completion under the agreement.
The professionals your clients meet through the network work from documented responsibilities and agreed expectations, and practical education and ongoing support help participating Realtors work within that process.
We’re interested in realtors who work with renovation-minded buyers, developers, land buyers, and owners who value ongoing home care. Concierge partnerships are being developed selectively by market and relationship. Availability and commercial terms are confirmed before participation.
What participation gives you
A continuing business relationship. Explore referral and ongoing homeowner-care opportunities. Any compensation, fees, and responsibilities are defined in the applicable partnership agreement.
A project team you can rely on. Designers, architects, and contractors who work to the same definitions of scope, change, verification, and release.
Practical education and ongoing support. Education in how a PriceLock project runs, and support while you work alongside one.
